Outreach, Inc. values integrity: To every degree possible, we do what we say we will do. If we cannot meet our obligations, we will do what it takes to make it right. If you find any physical defect or issues with your print job that were NOT caused by a problem with the online customization file or other uploaded file you submitted, please contact us within 30 days of receipt of your product. If we determine that your product is defective or printed in an inferior manner, you will receive a new identical product or a credit for a new product. Please request a Return Authorization Number by placing your order number and photos of the defect in an email to [email protected].
On-time shipping guarantees are not valid in cases where severe weather impacts transit. Postcard mailings may arrive in homes earlier or later than the estimated delivery window.
All Customize for Me, Customize Online and Full Custom orders are proofed and approved by the customer before submitting the order. Once a project proof is approved, that order immediately goes into production and cannot be canceled.
If we are able to catch the order before it’s shipped, and you no longer want it, we may be able to refund the shipping. Any refunded amount is subject to a 3% processing fee.
Outreach is not responsible for any misspellings, grammatical errors or other mistakes made or approved by the customer. Please review your proof thoroughly before approving.
Outreach is not able to offer returns or refunds on customized products after they have been printed and/or shipped.
Any replacement parts or missing items will be sent to you at no charge.
Note: This warranty shall not apply to any products that must be replaced because they have been subject to misuse, negligence, improper installation or accident, or that have been altered by someone other than Outreach.
